Project cargo to Western Africa

In March 2021 Aviacon performed a series of flights from Istanbul to Liberia, tiny country in the  Western Africa,  where  a Turkish company set to complete a major  construction project.

The flights were chartered  to urgently airlift some pieces of equipment  to a construction site in Monrovia, the capital city of Liberia, by a Turkey-based  Skyair Chartering,  teamed with Aviacon. 

As it often happens in ad-hoc charter business, time was critical, and accurate planning was the key to success.

The series of flights was routed  with fuel stop Algeria  to provide  maximum payload for the charterer.

Aviacon’ s loadmasters, with full support from our  Turkish partner, elaborated  some technical solutions to increase  the usable volume of IL-76 cargo deck.
